Dajana D’Andrea is currently Research Fellow at DEA ("G. d'Annunzio" University - I). She holds a PhD in Technology and Innovation Management from the Research Centre SPRU (University of Sussex – UK). She has defended her thesis ‘Organisational Routines and Project-Based Organization: an Exploratory Study’ in November 2011 and graduated in July 2012.
From April 2009 to March 2011 she has been research assistant at DASTA ("G. d'Annunzio" University - I) working on "Organizational Learning, Project-Based Organization, and Innovation".
From March 2006 to March 2009 she has been working as research assistant at the University “G. D’Annunzio” (Italy) on a research project named “New Organisational Models to Knowledge Management in the Extended-Enterprise Era”, funded by MIUR.
Her research interests focus on: theory of the firm, organisational learning, organisational routines, project-based organisation, innovation management. She graduated with honours in Management in 2005 at the University “G. d’Annunzio”.
Dajana has participated to International Conferences (BAM 2007, CCC 2009) and Summer schools (Essex Summer School 2008 - University of Essex, UK); IRI Summer School on Management Studies 2008 - Volterra, I) She has been visiting PhD student at at EKI-LIU - Linköping University, SE (January 2009).
She is first author of a paper on innovation in SME’s published on an Italian journal (Piccola Impresa –Small Business) and second author of a paper on knowledge dynamics in fragmented industries under review for publication on an international journal.
